Highway 79 crash killed one person in Aguanga.

Aguanga, California – Following a head-on collision, one person died on Highway 79 on Sunday afternoon.

At around 3:30 pm, two vehicles collided that caused both of them to catch fire. The crash occurred near the west of Dugan Drive.

Many passersby stopped at the scene to douse the fire; however, one person was declared dead at the scene.

The other three people suffered significantly to moderate and minor injuries.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
