30 Year Old Woman Killed, 2 Injured in SR 76 Crash in San Diego

30-Year-Old Oceanside Woman Killed in San Diego Crash on SR 76 Friday

San Diego, California – A San Diego crash that occurred off State Highway SR 76 early morning on Friday, killed a 30-year-old Oceanside woman while two people were injured.

According to the California Highway Patrol, three family members were traveling in a Subaru west on SR 76 when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned down the causeway near Wilderness Gardens Preserve.

The crash and rollover caused the occupants of the vehicle to eject out.

The woman who was a passenger in the vehicle was declared dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the Subaru, 30-year-old Oceanside man along with an 11-year-old boy sustained severe injuries.

The driver was taken to the Palomar Medical Center while the boy was rushed to the Lady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

The authorities stated that impairment was not found as the suspect of the accident.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
