Authorities Investigating Fatal Fontana Pedestrian Accident on Sierra Avenue

Fontana, California (May 18, 2020) – Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to a fatal pedestrian accident near the 210 Freeway in Fontana early Saturday morning

A pedestrian died at the scene after being struck by a northbound vehicle along Sierra Avenue near the Sierra Lakes Golf Club, just about 1:02 a.m. May 16.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been released thus far.

Details regarding the involved driver were not immediately disclosed at the time of the report.

The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
