Toyota Avalon Involved in Jamestown Major Injury 2-Vehicle Collision at Preston Lane and Seco Street

1 Hospitalized After Jamestown 2-Vehicle Crash at Preston Lane and Seco Street

Jamestown, California (May 14, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a major injury crash that happened at the intersection of Preston Lane and Seco Street in Jamestown at approximately 1:45 p.m. Wednesday.

One person was hospitalized with severe injuries after a Toyota Avalon and a second vehicle crashed at the intersection Wednesday afternoon.

The initial report showed that the victim suffered a broken wrist as a result of the mishap.

Officials requested a tow truck to remove the Avalon away from the crash site.

An investigation into the accident is underway.

According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.

Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
