Fatal Apple Valley Pedestrian Accident on Bear Valley Road
Apple Valley, California (May 5, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Bear Valley Road at about 8:37 p.m. on May 4, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies report.
The male pedestrian was hit by an eastbound vehicle while he was attempting to cross from south to north lane in the 21500 block of Bear Valley Road.
Due to the impact, the man was pushed into the no.1 westbound lane, where he was hit by two other westbound automobiles.
Sadly, the victim was pronounced dead at the crash site on Monday.
All the involved motorists stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The crash resulted in the closure of Bear Valley Road between Mohawk and Navajo Roads as investigation and clean-up took place.
