Hawthorne Pedestrian Accident on Crenshaw Boulevard Kills 1 Victim
Hawthorne, California (May 15, 2020) – A man, in his 50s, died after being hit by a vehicle in Hawthorne at approximately 5:22 a.m. Thursday.
The collision occurred at 12600 block of Crenshaw Boulevard early Thursday morning, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The initial report indicated that the unidentified man was attempting to cross Crenshaw Boulevard in an unmarked crosswalk at the time of the crash.
The involved driver stopped after the accident and cooperated with the investigation.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
