CHP Investigating Marysville Multi-Vehicle Collision at Highway 20 and Plantz Road
Marysville, California (March 24, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that lead to a head-on collision involving four vehicles at Highway 20 and Plantz Road in Marysville Tuesday morning.
Possible injuries were sustained after a GMC, a white Chevrolet pickup truck, and two vehicles of unspecified built collided at the intersection just about 6:24 a.m. March 24.
One of the involved automobiles rolled over upon the impact.
Marysville firefighters, along with paramedics, arrived at the crash site and rendered aid to all involved victims.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
