Brittan Nolte Dies in Train Accident at Avenue I and Sierra Highway in Lancaster

Coroner Identify Brittan Nolte as Victim Killed in Lancaster Train Crash at Avenue I and Sierra Highway

Lancaster, California (June 1, 2020) – The Coroner’s Office has identified Brittan Nolte, 30, of Quartz Hill, as one of the two victims killed in a train accident on Friday morning in Lancaster.

The deadly crash happened at about 5:14 a.m., on May 29, at Avenue I and Sierra Highway.

A train was traveling on the railroads when for unknown reasons, it collided with a car. It was not clear if the vehicle was crossing the railroads or was parked, the police said.

Nolte and one other person were in the car. Both victims were declared dead at the scene.

No further details about the crash were immediately available.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.

According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary to clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
