Wilmington Big Rig Accident on Pacific Coast Highway Kills 2 Victims

Wilmington, California (June 25, 2020) – Two people died at the scene after a truck rear-ended another vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington Thursday morning.

The California Highway Patrol did not establish the circumstances that led to the fatal collision in the 2000 block of the highway at about 10:30 a.m.

The names of the deceased have not yet been disclosed to this time.

More details regarding the wreck will be released immediately after the CHP completes the investigation.

We offer our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. It is extremely difficult to lose a loved one, especially when it happens unexpectedly.

If your loved one died and you believe someone else was at fault, we encourage you to contact our legal team for a free, confidential consultation. Our legal team can help you understand your legal rights.

When a fatal accident is caused by a person or entity’s negligence, the resulting death is considered “wrongful” in the eyes of the law. The surviving family members have legal rights for a wrongful death claim.

Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO of Alpine Law Group, advises surviving family members to “talk to a wrongful death attorney as soon as possible to understand your legal options and take action aimed at securing the maximum compensation.”

We understand that there is no amount of financial recovery that can make up for the immense loss of your loved one, but it can ease your financial burdens and help you forge your way forward.

Mr. Khodaverdian is personally available for free consultations 24/7 by calling 800-984-4123.
