Teesha McCarley Identified as Woman Killed in Anderson Pedestrian Crash

Teesha McCarley Dies after Anderson Pedestrian Accident on Highway 273 near Alexander Avenue

Anderson, California (April 1, 2020) – Teesha Lorae McCarley, 45, a Corning resident, has been identified as the female pedestrian fatally injured by a car on Monday last week in Anderson, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The fatal collision happened at around 3:00 a.m. March 23, on Highway 273 near Alexander Avenue.

As per the dispatch, a vehicle struck McCarley near 5 Freeway for unknown reasons.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and found the female pedestrian lying in the roadway. The medics later declared McCarley dead following the collision.

The involved driver reportedly stayed at the crash site as a result of the crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
