Pedestrian Accidents Claims

Pedestrian accidents are, in most cases, fatal or cause great bodily injury to the victims since the pedestrians do not have any protection when they are struck. Pedestrians often suffer injuries such as broken bones, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, skull fractures, internal organ damage, accidental amputation, among others. Such injuries result in temporary or permanent disability to the victims.

The serious nature of such injuries requires a victim or their loved ones to seek a personal injury or wrongful death attorney to fight for rightful compensation for medical bills, in-home care expenses, funeral expenses, as well as other financial and non-financial set-backs arising from the accident.
