Woman Dies in Chino Hills Pedestrian Accident at Eucalyptus Avenue and Galloping Hills Road
Chino Hills, California (September 16, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday night in Chino Hills, a local news source reported.
The deadly accident took place at around 8:45 p.m. Saturday, September 14 near the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue and Galloping Hills Road.
Authorities said the pedestrian, a 31-year-old woman, was hit by a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old Chino Hills woman.
The woman suffered traumatic injuries and was taken to Pomona Valley Medical Center, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement officers. Neither alcohol nor drugs were suspected factors in the accident.
