John Rector Killed in Twentynine Palms Motorcycle Accident on Adobe Road at Sunnyslope Drive

Twentynine Palms, California (September 19, 2019) – According to a local news source, a man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday morning in Twentynine Palms.

The fatal motorcycle accident happened on Adobe Road at Sunnyslope Drive at about 9:06 p.m. September 18.

According to a local news source, John Corey Rector, 33, was riding a motorcycle on the roadway when he collided with a PT Cruiser driven by 65-year-old Marina Tupua.

Rector, a resident of Twentynine Palms, was transported to a local hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

Tupua was uninjured in the collision.

No further information was provided.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
