David Stevens Seriously Injured in Car Accident at Interstate 5 and Highway 32 in Glenn County

David Stevens Sustains Major Injuries Glenn County Crash at Interstate 5 and Highway 32

Glenn County, California (September 19, 2019) – David Stevens, 29, of Redding, has been identified as the person who was seriously injured in a traffic accident that happened in the area of Interstate 5 and Highway 32 in Glenn County Thursday morning.

The crash occurred on Interstate 5, just east of Highway 32.

According to a local news report, Stevens was driving a 2002 Ford Explorer southbound on Interstate 5 when he allowed his vehicle to drift into the oleanders that divided the lanes. That caused the Ford Explorer to flip over onto the northbound lanes, where it collided with a northbound 2005 Ford Escape.

Stevens sustained major injuries and was transported to Enloe Medical Center while the driver of the Ford Escape sustained minor injuries.

Alcohol or drugs were not suspected factors in the crash.

Police are still investigating the accident.
