Parties who Can File A Car Accident Claim in California
The rule of pure comparative negligence is applied in California by jury or judges to find those at fault. Even drives partially at fault for a crash can bring a claim against other involved individuals. The total rewards one may recover when two or more drivers are found at fault are reduced by your percentage of fault.
