Orange Woman Rhonda Bird Dies in Fatal 91 Freeway Accident
Anaheim, California (August 19, 2018) – A woman was killed in a two-car accident in Anaheim. The fatal crash happened at about 10:05 a.m. Monday, August 12 on the westbound 91 Freeway near Euclid Street.
According to a local news source, a box truck collided with a semi on the westbound 91 Freeway for reasons still under investigation.
Rhonda Bird, 59, of Orange, who was a passenger in the SUV, was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
No other injuries were immediately reported.
The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
