Pablo Serrano among Two Injured in Sutter County Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99
Sutter County, California (August 28, 2019) – The authorities have identified one of the two people who were injured in a two-vehicle crash that left two other people dead on Friday, August 23, at about 4:40 a.m. in Sutter County as Pablo Serrano.
The crash happened on Highway 99.
According to a CHP report, a Chevy Malibu was heading westbound on Catlett before entering northbound Highway 99. It entered directly into the path of a Ford F-250, driven by Serrano, resulting in a collision.
The impact caused the Ford to overturn before coming to rest next to the Malibu in the center median of the highway.
Serrano and his passenger were taken to the hospital in unknown conditions.
The driver and passenger of the Malibu were declared dead at the scene. Their names have not been disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
