Anna Graves Dies Following Fatal Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident at 98th Street and South Vermont Avenue

Los Angeles, California (August 22, 2019) – According to a local news source, a pedestrian was struck and killed by a hit-and-run motorist at about 11:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20 at 98th Street and South Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles.

Graves died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle involved did not stop to render aid and fled the scene.

The pedestrian, Anna Lynelle Graves, 58, of Los Angeles had just exited a Metro bus and was walking in a designated crosswalk when a vehicle hit her near the intersection.
