4 Hurt in 2-Car Accident at Pacific Coast Highway and Deer Creek Road in Ventura County

4 Oxnard Men Hospitalized after Ventura County Crash Pacific Coast Highway and Deer Creek Road

Ventura County, California (August 30, 2019) – According to a local news source, four people were hospitalized after a traffic accident that happened at about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, August 28 in the area of Pacific Coast Highway and Deer Creek Road in Ventura County.

A 2008 Infiniti G37 was heading northbound on the highway when it collided with a 2011 Toyota Scion XB, which was trying to turn right onto the highway.

All four Oxnard men, who were inside the Infiniti, were taken to local hospitals. One of the victims, a 22-year-old man, suffered a broken femur and a laceration to the head.

No injuries were reported in the Toyota.

Alcohol or drugs were not considered factors in the collision.

No further details were immediately given.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
