Two Injured After Police Chase Ends in Pasadena Collision on Tuesday Afternoon

Pasadena, California – A police pursuit that ended in a Pasadena accident at Del Mar Boulevard and Raymond Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, two people sustained injuries.

At around 1:15 pm, the pursuit began in the 6500 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, near Wilcox Avenue in Hollywood. The authorities stated that the police were pursuing a suspect after a person was thrown out of the vehicle.

The police followed the suspect onto 110 Freeway and to Pasadena, where the suspect T-boned an SUV at the Pasadena intersection. The accident occurred at around 1:40 pm.

A woman was driving the SUV who sustained minor injuries.

However, the police took the suspect into custody and took them to the hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by the police.
