Two People Injured in Bakersfield Car Collision on Norris Road

Bakersfield, California – Following the Bakersfield car accident that occurred on Norris Road on Wednesday afternoon, two drivers were injured according to the California Highway Patrol.

On August 26 at around 2:40 pm, the crash was reported as stated by the CHP.

A Mini Cooper was traveling westbound on Norris Road when the driver made a left turn onto California Street and collided with a Nissan pickup truck.

The Mini Cooper driver suffered a broken arm while the truck driver complained of pain.

Both the drivers were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. However, their identities were not disclosed.

After the accident occurred, the Norris Road eastbound lanes were blocked to allow investigators to examine the crash scene.

No other information was shared related to the accident that occurred.

The accident is still under investigation.
